The pioneer
Rosemount Tank Radar AB pioneered in introducing radar techniques for level gauging. The first TankRadar for tankers was delivered in 1976. The company soon became the world leader in radar tank gauging and it took ten years before any competitor was able to bring the same technique to the market. Rosemount Tank Radar AB took advantage of this position to further develop the level gauging technique for inventory and process applications. Through excellence in proven radar technology and focus on customer needs, Rosemount Tank Radar AB set the standard for reliable, accurate and maintenance-free tank level gauging in all kinds of applications.

Our latest innovations cover applications such as Custody Transfer Tank Gauging onboard LNG tankers, and a unique feature of the TankRadar for custody transfer applications at refineries the emulation function of the TankRadar Rex gauge which makes it compatible to several types of mechanical and radar gauges.
